Monitor your entire property remotely through your iPhone, or just the locations that really matter.

The simple to use interface gives property managers a complete view of their Observant remote monitoring system – view water levels, flow rates, soil moisture profiles, weather data and camera images.

View current or historical data. Tap your fingers to move between sites and zoom into graph details.

Stay mobile and remain flexible without losing touch.

The Observant iPhone app works as part of Observant Managed Services to present a new view of your Observant system, tailored to your needs. Some features of the application include:

Data is updated automatically, so you always have up-to-date information

Data from multiple Observant installations can be combined into a single overview

The Observant iPhone application is free, and you can download it now at iTunes.

The Observant X1 has been designed for a range of indoor applications, and works as a flexible addition to the Observant Remote Management Solution.

The XI shares many features with the Observant C2 remote telemetry unit, and serves as a compact platform for remote monitoring in indoor and powered applications. The appeal of the X1 lies in its broad range of uses.

The X1 has a range of built-in monitoring capabilities, with several options to connect the Observant Software Services with units in the field. As a monitoring platform, the X1 is on a par with the Observant C2, and compatible with a wide range of equipment. With its built-in UHF radio and Ethernet port, the X1 can also connect Observant Desktop or the Data Management Service to other Observant units deployed in the field.

You can use the X1 for a range of local, remote and PC-less operating configurations. For a complete on-site solution, you can run Observant Desktop on a PC connected to an X1. This will communicate via UHF, with all your field-based C2 units. The X1 can also use a built-in Ethernet or NextG modem to provide a remote-connect option. This can then be used by either Observant Desktop or as part of a complete hosted solution using the Data Management Service.

The X1 is designed to integrate with all Observant products, as well as third-party equipment. You can wall-mount it or install it on a DIN rail.

The Observant X1 comes with a 12-month warranty and excellent after-sales service. See the Observant Equipment Warranty for more details.

Adding the capability to manage diesel and petrol engines of any type is easy with the M2. Simple and reliable with flexible configuration options, the M2 is able to monitor, control and protect the most basic stock-water pump through to large-scale irrigation.

The Observant M2 Engine Controller is an electronic protection and control system for diesel and petrol engines. It can work as a stand-alone, or as part of the Observant Remote Monitoring Solution.

You can link the M2 with an Observant telemetry product via an industry standard RS485/Modbus communications interface to give you fully automated control. And in addition to timer-based control, you can use sensor inputs from remote sites to start, stop or set the speed of the engine.

The M2 can also work locally with a range of standard automotive sensors, such as RPM, engine oil pressure and water temperature. You can add these sensors to provide a fully configurable, engine fault-shutdown and alert system. You can also use sensors for fuel level, water pressure and flow to increase diagnostic capability.

Engine speed can be controlled using an optional throttle control kit. You can set the speed remotely and locally, and engine warm and cool-at-idle periods to reduce wear and tear. You can also control power to ancillary equipment such as electric pumps and heaters using a pair of fully adjustable auxiliary outputs.

All Observant products are designed with safety in mind. An emergency stop switch and a 100+ decibel pre-start warning siren are standard features of the M2.

The M2 can also use an optional solar-charger kit to charge the engine battery, which means the battery is healthy at all times. It can also operate in the harshest of Australian climates, and features robust environment, chemical and pest protection.

Using IP65+ rated fittings, door seals and cable conduit means you can install the M2 with minimum additional hardware, while maintaining maximum environmental integrity.

The Observant M2 is covered by a three year warranty and backed with unparalleled after sales service.

The Observant L1 is resistant to fouling and scale build-up, allowing it to operate in muddy or highly mineralised water without fault.

Measurable range of 2400 mm

20 mm resolution

Robust sealed aluminium enclosure

Requires no calibration

Software configurable display options

Modbus/RS485 communications allows multiple sensor systems

Level Based Automation

The L1 provides an easy to install way to trigger automation rules for engines.

Pumps, Pivots & Laterals can all be controlled using one or more L1 Level Sensors to ensure proper operation.

Levels can be used as an input to start, stop and shutdown electrical or fuel powered equipment.

Automation rules can combine levels and schedules to provide water efficiency and operational savings.

Run electric systems in off-peak periods, but still know that if levels fall below a critical point, automation will kick in to action.

The V1 Camera provides a cost effective solution to capturing still images at any location. With a robust enclosure and flexible mounting options, the V1 Camera can be added to any Observant monitoring platform. Image size and schedule are completely configurable.

For many people, the old adage is true; a picture is worth a thousand words.

If you want to see what is going on in remote locations, then the Observant V1 camera provides an excellent solution.

Designed for low power outdoor operation, the V1 is very tough and able to handle the harshest of conditions.

The custom designed elbow joint and flexible mounting system means the V1 can be secured almost anywhere, providing many options for targeting the image subject.

You can set up the V1 to take a picture at the click of a mouse, or on a pre-determined schedule.

The V1 can be connected to any existing or new Observant field unit such as a C2, C2e, X1 or Pico.

Supported image resolutions include:

160×120

320×240

640×480
